Abstract 文献概要

　後天性疾患の中性色帯を検討するために，10歳〜69歳までの各年代10人の正常者と後天異常の14疾患140症例227眼を対象とし，New Color Testの分離検査を施行して以下の結論を得た。

（1）正常者は60人中58人が検査をpassし，failした2名もerror score 4以下であった。

（2）後天性赤緑色覚異常では〔PR〕〔RP〕と〔V〕〔VB〕に中性色帯の中心があり，後天青黄色覚異常では，〔PB〕〔BP〕と〔J〕〔JV〕に中性色帯の中心があった。

（3） Stargardt disease 5眼が後天性青黄色覚異常に分類され，従来の報告と異なっていた。

（4）後天性青黄色覚異常を示す疾患で黄色側のピークが中心性網脈絡膜症のみが〔JV〕にあり，他の疾患では〔J〕であった。

（5）後天性青黄異常は単極性を示す傾向が強く，この傾向は糖尿病性網膜症で顕著であった。

With the New Color Test (NCT) the neutral zone was studied in 60 normal subjects belonging to various decades and 140 cases of eye diseases.

(1) 58 cases of 60 normal subjects passed the NCT. Another two cases failed and their neutral zone was located in the purple-blue and blue-purple area, and their error score did not exceed 4.

(2) The neutral zone for acquired red-green defectives was in the red-purple, purple-red and green-blue, green. The nuetral zone for acquired blue-yellow defectives was in the purple-blue, blue-purple and yellow, yellow-green.
