Macroglobulinemia Waldenströmの螢光眼底像

FLUORESCENCE FUNDUS PHOTOGRAPHY ON WALDENSTRÖM'S MACROGLOBULINEMIA

緒言

　原発性マクログロブリン血症は先に土屋ら^1）が本誌上に報告したが，その後われわれは3例の本症を追加経験した。今回はその中で特に典型的な眼底所見を呈した第3の症例について撮影された螢光眼底所見を供覧する。

We have experienced four cases of macroglo-bulinemia (Waldenström). Retinopathia existed in three cases among them, to which fluorescein fundus photography was applied.

A representative case was a male, 61 years of age. Fraction of serum protein indicated that of 20.3% Albumin, 2.7% α₁-globulin, 6.8% α₂-gl., 34. 5% β₁-gl., 20.5% β₂-gl., and 15. 2% γ-gl. Ultracentrifugation showed 6.1 S, 15.0 S and 22.4 S. IgM measured by Fahey's method sho-wed 13. 5 mg/ml.

Arterial phase prolonged as long as 5 sec, and the duration of laminal flow also did as 14 sec, being indicative of circulatory disturbance in retinal circulation time.
