　Von Hippel病のうちでも病型として珍しいjuxtapapiliary exophytic retinalangiomaを30歳女性の右眼に認めたので報告した．腫瘍は鼻側傍乳頭で11時から4時まで拡がり1／2乳頭径ほどで，扁平で淡赤色の色調を示した．螢光眼底上色素の腫瘍部への流入は動脈相でなされたことが確認された．

Juxtapapillary expohytic retinal angioma is an infrequent manifestation of angiomatosis (von Hippel). A 30-year-old female presented a flat, yellowish-white angiomatous lesion associated with localized serous retinal detachment and yellowish exudates nasal to the disc margin in the right eye. By fluorescein angiography, dye filling in this lesion started in the arterial phase followed by marked leakage towards the late venous phase.

We applied argon laser over the detached retinal areas sparing the zone within 1 DD from the disc margin. A gradual improvement resulted including ultimate disappearance of exudates and serous detachment.
