遠隔病巣をもつ中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症—網膜色素上皮剥離との関連

Central serous chorioretinopathy with remote lesion. Role of detachment of retinal pigment epith-elium

　中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症において，螢光眼底造影上，時に中心窩から遠く離れた個所に螢光色素漏出点を認めることがある。

　螢光眼底造影を施行しえた中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症26例28眼の中に，中心窩から3乳頭径以上離れた個所に螢光色素漏出点を認めた遠隔病巣をもつ症例を2例見出した。いずれの症例も，網膜色素上皮剥離病巣から漏出点が認められている。

　中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症に，網膜色素上皮剥離が併発する頻度は20％前後である。したがって，遠隔病巣をもつ中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症と網膜色素上皮剥離との関連性は，通常の中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症と比較して，より強いのではないかと考えられる。

Eyes with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) occasionally manifest points of dye leakage far from the fovea when examined by fluorescein angiography. Out of a consecutive series of 28 eyes with CSC during the foregoing 27-month-period, I detected two eyes with the dye leakage locatedmore than 3 disc diameters from the fovea. In both eyes, the points of leakage coincided with the site of serous detachment of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE).

Detachment of RPE is a possibility when the dye leakage is located further away from the fovea in CSC.
