眼圧上昇による角膜形状変化について

Changes in corneal curvature in raised intraocular pressure

　眼圧上昇による角膜形状変化をフォトケラトスコープを用いて観察した。結果は以下のごとくである。

（1）眼圧が7〜8mmHg以上上昇すると，水平と垂直方向の曲率半径は推計学的に有意差をなして大きくなった。

（2）水平方向より垂直方向の変化が著しく，倒乱視傾向を示した。

（3）高齢者ほど，眼圧上昇時の角膜形状変化は著明であった。

Changes in the corneal curvature induced by variations of the intraocular pressure were studiect by photokeratometry. 198 eyes (110 cases) with various types of glaucoma were examined.

A significant increase in the radius of corneal curvature was induced after a rise of the intra-ocular pressure by 7 mmHg or more. The change in the radius was more pronounced in the vertical than horizontal meridian. The induced change in curvature was significantly greater in aged subjects over 60 years.
