水晶体嚢内摘出に続くBinkhorst 4−loop lens挿入，連続383例の成績—第2報 両眼への挿入，2次挿入および糖尿病眼への挿入に関する成績

Results of Binkhorst 4-loop lens implantation following intracapsular cataract extraction in concecutive 383 eyes.:Ⅱ. Results of binocular implantation, secondary implantation, and lens implantation for diabetic eyes

　水晶体嚢内摘出術に引続くBinkhorst 4−loop　レソズ挿入の連続383眼の成績のうち，今回は両眼への挿入，2次挿入および糖尿病眼への挿入について述べた。成績は次の通りである。

　1．両眼IOL挿入：74人（23.9％）に行った。

　2．IOL 2次挿入：7例（1.8％）に行った。

　IOLが＋19.5dの場合，術前のメガネの矯正度は＋11.0d〜＋13.0dの範囲であれば術後の高度屈折異常を来さない事が示された。

　3．DMへの挿入：16人（5,2％）22眼（5.7％）に挿入した。術後平均視力は0.9であり，IOL挿入による悪影響は認められなかった。

Among results in consecutive 383 eyes with Binkhorst 4-loop lens (+19.5d) following intra-capsular cataract extraction, results of binocular im-plantation, secondary implantation, and implanta-tion for diabetic eyes were evaluated. Results were as follows :

1) Binocular intraocular lens (IOL) implanta-tion. There were 74 patients (23.9%). In planned cases, ILOs were implanted for both eyes at the interval of 2 weeks.

2) Secondary IOL implantation. There were 7 eyes (1.8%).
