水晶体嚢内摘出に続くBinkhorst 4−loop lens挿入，連続383例の成績—第4報 合併症 その2 眼内レンズ脱臼と硝子体脱出以外の合併症に関する成績

Results of Binkhorst 4-loop lens implantation following intracapsular cataract extraction in consecutive 383 eyes.:Ⅳ Complications. Part 2 Complications other than lens dislocations and vitreous loss

　水晶体嚢内摘出に続くBinkhorst 4—loop lens挿入，連続383眼に生じた144例の合併症のうち，眼内レンズ脱臼と硝子体脱出以外のものについて報告した。内訳は次の通りである。広隅角の高眼圧—緑内障28例，瞳孔領の線維膜形成16例，虹彩炎6例，瞳孔ブロック4例，前房出血4例，角膜浮腫3例，角膜とIOL接触3例，デスメ膜剥離2例，虹彩とIOLの高度癒着1例，網膜剥離1例，硝子体出血1例。第3報で述べた二つの合併症も含めて予後は良好で，視力0.1以下に終ったのは晩期に発生した角膜浮腫の3例のみであった。合併症のほとんど全ては手技および経験の不十分さから生じたもので，症例，No．350以後はほとんどその発生を見なかった。

Complications occurred in 144 eyes out of a con-secutive series of intraocular lens implantation in 383 eyes. This paper evaluates complications other than dislocations of the implanted lens and sur-geries in eyes with vitreous loss.
