緒　言

　眼レプトスピラ症は葡萄膜炎のうちでは多くとも1〜2％を占めるにすぎない疾患であるが，葡萄膜炎患者のなかには本症を強く疑わせるような症例を時折みかける。本症の疫学ならびに臨床症状の知識があればこのような場合に有用であるが，本邦において眼科医の立場からこれらの成績をまとめた最近の報告^1,2）は少ない。ここでは過去10年間に阪大眼科で実施した1,366名にたいするレプトスピラ凝集反応の結果を前報^1）のものと，最近5年7カ月間のものとを比較対照した形で報告し，これにより診断された血清学的レプトスピラ症37例の眼症状を述べ，典型的な本症の病像を呈した症例を報告する。

A leptospira agglutination test (Yoken method) was performed in 1, 366 cases with uveitis or uveitis-related lesions for the past 10 years.

1) The positive rate of the test was 6.1% in uveitis with unknown origin and 2. 8% in control group. The rate was relatively high in cases under 40 years of age, and the test had the diagnostic significance in cases under 30 years of age. As to the type of ocular lesions, the rate was the highest (10.8%) in diffuse chorioretinitis.
