視路交叉異常が推定される斜視3例の比較

Three cases of strabismus suggestive of asymmetric projection of visual pathway

緒　言

　視路の交叉異常が推定されるヒトの斜視例について筒井，深井^1,2）は現在までに2症例と，その発生頻度^3）について報告した。今回は更に1例が宮崎県で検出され，川崎医大で精密な検査を行うことができた。本例は中村^4）が1975年に「交代性非対称むき追従運動を示す外斜視の1例について」として記載した症例であるが，その当時は視路交叉異常に関する推定がなされていなかつた。非常に特有な眼球運動が注目されていた。ここに過去の2例と共に3例の比較を行つた。

　シャムネコの視路異常の発見はGuillery^5）が1969年にはじめて行い，動物実験で^6〜13）次々と確認され，Guillery type strabismusとさえ称せられるようになつているが，ヒトでその可能性を指摘した症例の報告は，私ども^1）が最初である。

Three cases, one esotropia and two exotropia, suggestive of the disorganized nondecussated visual pathway, were reported. Disorganized nondecussated visual pathway in some albino animals had been reported since the study of Guillery. Methods used for this clinical investi-gation were optokinetic nystagmus, electrooculo-gram and visual evoked response. The most peculiar signs of these cases were the deteriora-tion of pursuit movement and that of slow phase of optokinetic nystagmus to the temporal side of each eye.
