視神経交叉比異常と斜視

Strabismus Suggestive of Asymmetric Projection of Visual Pathway

緒　言

　1969年Guillery^1）が内斜視のシャムネコに視神経線維の交叉比異常を発見してよりalbino動物で非交叉性視神経線維につながる視路に形成不全のあることが次々と判明した^2〜9）。Creel^10）はヒトの白児にVERを応用して非交叉性視路の形成不全を暗示するデーターを報告した。

　そこで問題になるのがヒトの内斜視に，このような視路の交叉異常があるかどうかということと，臨床的に如何にしてこれを検出するかということである。もしヒトの斜視に高率にこれが存在するならば，斜視治療に，絶望的な根拠ともないうることである。さて視路の交叉異常を臨床的に検出するにはどうすればよいかということである。Creel^10）はVERを応用して光刺激をあたえた眼と同側半球のN₁波の劣性をもつて非交叉視路の形成不全を暗示するものとしている。

A case of congenital esotropia with strabismic amblyopia (left eye) suggestive of asymmetric projection of visual pathway was at the chias-ma reported. The fixating pursuit of the right fellow eye showed a deterioration to the right and a normal pursuit to the left. Optokinetic pattern (OKP) of the right eye showed a de-teriorated response when the drum was rotated to the right, while the left eye showed an op-posite relationship. Therefore, pursuit and opto-kinetic pattern to bitemporal direction were deteriorated.
