日本人の螢光虹彩血管造影について—1．虹彩色素との関係

緒　言

　前眼部螢光造影法については，すでに，外国においても，わが国においても，多くの手技およびその結果についての報告がみられている。しかし，前眼部螢光造影法の中でも，螢光虹彩血管造影法については，外国における報告ほどには，わが国では報告はみられていない，これは日本人の虹彩に存在する褐色の色素のために，青色虹彩のような鮮明な像を得ることが困難であるからとされている。

　今回，著者は，日本人の虹彩の中から種々の色調の虹彩を選び，それぞれについて，螢光虹彩血管造影を行い，撮影される程度と，虹彩色素との関係について，比較検討した，また，日本人の虹彩色調の分布についてあわせ調べてみたので，その結果を報告する。

Fluorescein angiography of normal iris was performed in Japanese subjects showing various color tones and pigment content of the iris. I used a photo-slitlamp microscope (Carl Zeiss Jena, Germany) and reversal color film (Fuji) with an ASA value of 100. Five ml of 10% fluorescein solution was intravenously adminis-tered.

Angiographic documentation of iris vessels was possible in lightly pigmented eyes only. Even in such instances, the minor arterial circle of iris and a few radially arranged iris arteries were angiographically visible.
