斜視手術における微少角調整

Micro Adjustment in Squint Surgery

I．緒言

　著者^1）2）らは先に斜視手術中にSynoptophoreを主体とする眼位，両眼視測定器械を用いて，手術時にできるかぎり両眼視を獲得しやすい位置に眼球を固定する方法を行なってきたが，今回はさらにその精密度をたかめる目的で，微少角調整法を試みた。これは融像幅のほとんどない斜視や，複視のある斜視には手術時の最終固定点が非常に重要であるからである。しかし，このように苦心して仕上げた眼位が後日再び変化することもあるので，そのような症例もあわせて分析を行なった。

For the purpose of active achievement of binocular function in strabismus surgery, the micro adjustment in surgical correction was done under the measurement of deviation and binocurarity by synoptophore, prism and striate glasses. Thirty three cases of various types of strabismus including 19 cases of noncomitant strabismus were the subject of this investiga-tion. The micro adjustment of deviation was performed by the second suture placed on the central portion of the muscle and this procedure made it possible to fine adjustment around 0.5°~1°.
