緒 言
点眼した薬物の眼内移行に,剤形が及ぼす影響についての研究を,その作用部位から大別すると次のようになる。
(1)結膜嚢における薬物動態への影響
Various volumes, 5 to 20 μl, of fluorescein solution and also 20 μl of the solution withvarious methylcellulose (MC) concentrations, 0.1 to 0.5%, were instilled in the eye and the tear concentrations of the dye were measured. Volu-me increase had little effect on the tear concen-tration, while the tear concentration increased significantly by increaing MC concentrations. Fluorescein was replaced with 0.5% pilocarpine and concentration changes of intraocular pilocar-pine was estimated by an analysis of pupil res-ponses.
