角膜の創傷治癒過程における組織化学的研究

Morphological and Biochemical Studies on the Healing Process of the Wounded Cornea

緒言

　角膜は元来透明で無血管の組織であるが故に，古来より興味ある研究対象となされている。最近は角膜移植術の発展と相まつて，その基礎的実験として，角膜創傷治癒がいかなるmechanismによるものかについての組織学的あるいは生化学的な実験の報告が数多くなされている。

　今回われわれは，創傷角膜が修復されるさいの形態学的変化を，主として走査型電子顕微鏡ならびに光学顕微鏡を用いて経時的に観察し，創傷を受けた角膜が修復する過程で，多量のエネルギーを要求する事実に鑑み，H₃³²PO₄（以後³²Pと略す）を指標として，創傷角膜のリン脂質およびリン酸代謝変動をもあわせて追求したので報告する。

A comparative study was carried out on the healing process of the wounded rabbit cornea between morphological changes observed by scanning electron microscopy and the phospholi-pid metabolism by tracing H₃³²PO₄.

The results were as follows :

1. Through scanning electron microscopy, pro-liferation of the epithelial cells at the edge of the wound beginning to cover the wounded area was observed at 3 hours after the injury.

2. At 6 hours, multinuclear leucocytes, wan-dering cells and new connective tissue prolife-rated from the parenchym were found by scan-ning electron microscopy.
