眼底像からみた，いわゆる播種性脈絡網膜炎の病型

Classification of So-called Disseminated Chorioretinitis by Ophthalmoscopic and Fluorescein Angiographic Observation

緒言

　播種性脈絡網膜炎は，眼底に散在性の病巣を生じ，病期の進行に伴つて，種々な程度の瘢痕巣が混在する特有な所見を示す眼疾患^1）とされているが，近年は，本症の主な原因とされてきた結核あるいは梅毒の罹患者の減少と共に，本症に関する報告^2,3）は少なくなつている。

　私達は，最近数年間に経験したいわゆる播種性脈絡網膜炎の6例について，眼科的ならびに全身的諸検査を行なつたところ，特に，検眼鏡的および螢光眼底所見から，本症には幾つかの病型の存在が老えられたので報告する。

Ophthalmoscopic and fluorescein fundus an-giographic long term observations on six cases of so-called disseminated chorioretinitis were carried out. Though the foci could be classifi-ed into various stages in each fundus by ophtha-Imoscopy, fluorescein fundus angiography faci-litated to distingish the age of the each focus. In fundus angiography, the focus in each stage appeared as a negative spot at the early arterial phase and then demonstrated a strong and per sistent leakage.
