硬膜下血腫について,眼科的見地よりの発表は中我国に於ては,わずか,森井,河口,馬詰,小島,夏目,小島他,小島夏目他,朝里,永田,桑原,の報告を見るにすぎない。我々は,硬膜下血腫の28例を観察する機会を得たので報告したい。
We reported 28 cases of subdural hematoma from the ophthalmological viewpoint ; 4 cases of infants, and 24 cases of adults ; 26 cases ; male and 2 cases ; female.
The subdural hematomas located on the right side in 16 cases, and on the left in 10 cases, in other 2 cases the subdural hematoma located on both sides.

(1) Papillaedema.
Papillaedema was seen in 53%, and its developement needed at least 3 weaks after head injuries. But occurrance of the papillaedema had no relationships with the volume of the subdural hematoma.
