  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

(1) A 37 years old male was found to have Ota's naevus and melanosis bulbi (lower palpebral conjunctiva, sclera, iris and papilla) in his right eye. This right eye lost its visual acuity 3 years ago and at the same time temporal hemianopsia and visual disturbance appeared in the left eye.

(2) A tumor on the optic chiasm was suspected by angiography, and a melanoma was found in the right posterior of the chiasma by craniotomy. Besides, melanosis was found in the orbital wall, meninges, cerebral cortex and right optic nerve.
