中心性網脈絡膜炎に対するHomoclominの効果

The Effect of Homoclomin on Retinochorioiditis Centralis Serosa

緒言

　中心性網脈絡膜炎は，われわれ眼科医が臨床的にきめて多く遭遇する代表的な眼底疾患の一つである。したがつて，本症に対しては，古くから幾多の治療法が試みられてきたにもかかわらず，その成因が現在なお不明であるゆえもあつて，いまだ決定的な治療法が確立されるに至つていない。

　一方，最近，急速な進歩発達を遂げている螢光眼底撮影法は，本症の発生機序に大きな示唆を与え1），その所見にもとづく光凝固の応用は，本症の治癒促進に多大の効果をもたらしている。

A statistical analysis was conducted on 108 cases diagnosed as Retinochorioiditis centralis serosa and the effect of Homoclomin (Homoch-lorcyclizine) was determined after its administ-ration on all these cases.

Of the 37 cases examined by fluorescence fundus angiography, 8 cases (21.6%) revealed to be a constant (stationary) disc type, 4 (10.8 %) a jet type, 22 (59.5%) an enlarged disc type, and 3 (8.1%) a drusen type.

1) Homoclomin seemed to be considerably effective for the disease that was not as old as three weeks.
