Behçet病の螢光眼底所見—特に病型別所見について

Fluorescein Fundus Angiography in Behçet's Disease. Especially, Studies on Fluorographic Findings in four Types of the Disease

緒言

　Behçet病の螢光眼底造影所見については清水^1）の詳細な報告があるが，文献的に多くはない。特に臨床的に眼病変を認めない症例や，眼発症早期例，軽症例の螢光所見を報告したものは少ない。今回著者らはBehçet病の初期眼病変の機序を明らかにするため，いまだ眼症状の出現していない不全型症例，眼発症初期例を中心に臨床的ならびに螢光眼底造影法により観察し検討したので報告する。

Fluorescein fundus angiography with the in-terference filter was carried out to study the initial fluorographic findings in 132 eyes of 72 patients of Behçet's disease : 43 eyes of 26 com-plete type patients, 44 eyes of 22 incomplete type patients without ocular symptoms, 18 eyes of 10 incomplete type patients with ocular symptoms, 19 eyes of 10 suspected type pa-tients and 8 eyes of 4 probable type patients.

The results obtained were as follows :

1. There was no fluorescein leakage in both suspected and probable types of Behçet's di-sease.
