原田病のインドシアニングリーン赤外螢光眼底造影所見

Indocyanine green angiography in Harada's disease

　脈絡膜の観察にはフルオレセイン螢光眼底造影（以下FAG）よりインドシアニングリーン赤外螢光眼底造影（以下IA）が優れている。FAGでのぶどう膜炎の観察では主に網膜と視神経の状態をとらえているにすぎない。今回筆者らは原田病の2症例にトプコン社製50IAを用いてIAを施行した。FAGでは不明であった脈絡膜中大血管像の減少と脈絡膜中大血管からの螢光漏出を認め，経過を追うことができた。前者は炎症産物によるブロックによると考えられ，臨床像の回復とともに改善した。後者は脈絡膜中大血管の障害が起きていることを示し，一部残存した。これよりIAは原田病の経過観察と治療効果の判定に有用であると考えた。

We examined 2 cases of Harada's disease by infrared fluorescence angiography with in-docyanine green. We observed dye leakage from less distinct choroidal vessels. These features were absent by conventional fluorescein angiography.The dye leakage appeared to indicate damage of choroidal vessels. The less dintinct choroidal ves-sels appeared to be the consequence of blockage by inflammatory products. The image of choroidal vessels became more distinct after successful con ticosteroid therapy. Leakage of dye persisted in select areas after the therapy.
