トキソプラスマ網膜脈絡膜炎と特発性網膜剥離を同時に認めた症例

Retinal Detachment in Toxoplasmic Retinochorioditis

緒言

　同一眼にトキソプラマス網膜脈絡膜炎と特発性網膜剥離を同時に認め，安静により網膜を復位せしめ，アセチルスピラマイシン，副腎皮質ホルモン等を投与しながら，ジアテルミー穿刺凝固，シリコンプロンベ縫付を行ない，術後，良好なる経過を辿るように思われたが，術後3週頃より黄斑部皺襞を形成し，視力障害をきたして固定した症例を報告する。

A 38-year-old male developed rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with horseshoe tear during the course of acute toxoplasmic chorioretinitis. Preoperative findings consisted in muddy vitre-ous and the anterior chamber, localized macular exudation and high bullous detachment of the retina involving the upper half of the fundus. Two horseshoe tears were located in the supe-rior and superior-temporal periphery. Two mon-ths after successful surgery by diathermy and scleral buckling procedure with silicone sponge, macular puckering developed reducing the vision from 0.3 to 0.06.
