I．緒言
網膜剥離を伴う瀰漫性脈絡膜炎にはいわゆる原田氏病（急性瀰漫性脈絡結膜炎）1）2）がある。今度我々は典型的な原田氏病とはいささか趣を異にした一種の瀰漫性脈絡膜炎で網膜剥離を伴つた2例を経験したのでここに報告する。
Two cases of a kind of diffuse choroiditis accompanied with retinal detachment, in wh-ich no hole or tear could be found, are repo-rted in this paper.
Both case were chronic and the intervals between the onsets of the disease on both eyes were very long (61/2 years in case 1. and 1/2 year in case 2.).
Such cases are often confused with the socalled idiopathic detachment of the retina.
Systemic use of corticosteroid was very effective in these two cases.
