Behçet病治療法の検討—その6抗プラスミン剤

New Attempt to the Treatment of Behçet's Disease:(No. 6) Antiplasmin Drug

緒言

　慢性の経過をとつて眼科的な予後がきわめて悪いBehçet病における副腎皮質機能は，多くの場合長期に投与されるSteroid Hormonのために抑制をうけており，Homeostasisの保持はきわめて困難な状態となつている。その臨床像において血管透過性の亢進，血栓形成は比較的容易に見られる変化である。このような変化を示すBehçet病は，われわれの免疫血清学的検討からも，その背景には免疫学的機序の関与が考えられる^1）〜6）。さらにこの抗原抗体反応に続いて起こつてくる組織障害には補体，線溶系，血管透過性因子，白血球遊走因子などが関与していることがわかつてきているが，Behçet病においてもこれらの因子の関与は考慮される点である。この中でも血栓形成傾向および血栓が器質化されることの少ない点など，Behçet病では特異な形で線溶系が関係していると思われる。今回は線溶系の関与およびこれに続く抗プラスミン剤の使用上の問題について考察を重ねてみたい。

The whole plasmin and total plasmin activity was measured from the plasma in 51 patientswith the disease of Behçet by fibrin plate met-hod. Further, plasma levels for fibrinogen, alpha-2 macroglobulin and alpha-1 antitrypsin were also measured by immunodiffusion method.

The patients with the disease of Behçet show-ed increased plasmin activity during the remis-sion than during acute ocular attacks. Fibri-nogen levels was higher in patients with the disease than controls, while the immediate inhi-bitor, alpha-2 macroglobulin, was decreased.
