螢光眼底映画撮影機の試作

Fluorescein Cinephotography of The Fundus

緒言

　従来，Suvanto （1960），　Hart, L．　M．　（1963），Linhart, J．　M．（1964），　Peter．　Oberhoff （1965），我国では藤沢（1969）等が螢光眼底撮影装置を使用し，網膜循環動態を詳細に観察しているが，今回私達は，トプコン眼底カメラを改良し，螢光眼底映画撮影機を試作したので報告する。

Fluorescein fundus cinephotography was con-ducted with the use of a newly constructed apparatus. The exciting light was supplied by incandescent, xenon lamp via a fiberglass system. For exciting filter, Fuji gelatin filter No. 18 was used. Kodak wratten filter No. 15G served as barrier filter. 16mm Bolex cinecamera was used for documentation.

The setup gave satisfactory results when Eastmann 4-X negative film (type 7244) was used.
