  • Look Inside

A description is given on two cases of pig-mentary glaucoma. The first case was a 9-year-old girl with myopic astigmatism and slight megalocornea. The horizontal corneal diameter measured 12mm and the radius of curvature of the anterior surface of the cornea 8. 45 mm.The cornea was clear and perfectly transpa-rent in both eyes with sharply defined limbal margins. Other clinical findings satisfied the criteria for pigmentary glaucoma. The onset during childhood and the co-occurrence of me-galocornea were characteristic features in this case.
