Fundus Involvement in Sarcoidosis

緒言

　ザルコイドージスの症例は数多く報告されているが，今回眼底に生じた変化の経過を追つて視力の改善を見た例について報告する。

An 11-year-old male child was submitted to detailed ophthalmological examinations on a-ccount of systemic sarcoidosis detected by rou-tine chest x-ray examination 6 months before. The cardinal clinical features were as follows :

1. No abnormal findings were observed in the anterior segment, in the vitreous or in the uveal tract.

2. In the right fundus, there were observed a typical star figure at the macula and white dotted exudates around the macula. The supe-rior margin of the disc was blurred with edema caused by a tumor of about one fourth disc diameter.
