血清総コレステロール（chと略す）から，血圧，眼底血圧について2,3考えてみた。
I．N-Ret糖尿病で網膜症のないものをN-Retとして扱つてある。
1) In the non-retinopathy group when urine protein was nagative, the diabetic subjects with hypercholesteremia showed the mean value of CAP (Central Arterial Pressure of the Retina) of 45.0mmHg, while when urine proteinwas positive, the hypercholesteremics showed mean CAP value of 37.9mmHg, and normo-cholesteremics 40.3mmHg. Cases with both albuminuria and hypercholesteremia showed somewhat low CAP.
2) High CAP level was observed in 30% of the cases with albumimuria and without hy-percholesteremia. and in 7% of those with albuminuria and hypercholesteremia.
