緒言
1961年にR.M.Boyntonらは2色閾値法を用いた色覚検査器を考案し,正常者,第一色覚異常者,および第二色覚異常者の分類ならびに色覚異常の程度の分類が可能であることを発表した1)。われわれは今回この方法を用いて臨床検査を目的とした色覚検査器を試作し,二,三の実験を行なつたので,その理論構造とともにここに報告する。
The color vision tester which adopted the two-color threshold method was developed by R. M. Boynton and M. Wagner. It revealed many interesting aspects of color defectives. A similar instrument which aimed for a clinical use was constructed by the present authors. The subject's task is to determine the increment threshold of a colored test stimulus seeing against a colored background field. It was shown that the diffe-rentiation of color defectives from normals was satisfactory and the discrimination of protans from deutans was clearly made.
