眼窩混合腫瘍異変

A case of the orbital mixed tumor suspected as mucocele.

I．症例

23歳，女子，初診，36,1,16

　〔主訴〕右上眼瞼腫脹右眼球突出。

A 23 year-old female had been complaining of reddish swelling on the right upper eyelid and exophthalmos of the right eye with slight visual disturbance. The symptoms ap-peared suddenly, as if it were of inflammatory cause, about a year previously before her first examination at our clinic and then gradually they decreased spontaneously but did not completely recover. She was suspected as having mucocele of the orbit by the punctured mucous pus gained at the exploratory puncture. The roentgenographic examination of the orbit and adjacent bones and nasal cavity showed not any particular abnormality.
