仮性多瞳孔の病理学的所見

Histopatgological studies on the human psudo-diplocoria

　仮性多瞳孔の一例をえたのでその組織所見をのべた。

Histopathological studies were made on the human pseudo-diplocoria, with the following findings.

1) Around the true pupillary margin the sphincter was observed, while the other access-ary pupil was a incomplete coloboma of the iris.

2) The posterior pigment epithelium did not grow enough up to the end of the iris and disappeared halfway on the side of the coloboma, showing the entropion.

3) In the region of the coloboma the iris was lack of the stroma and was represented only by the posterior pigment epithelium which covered the angle and adheredth the posterior surface of the cornea.
