螢光眼底映画撮影機の試作

A New Apparatus for Fluorescein Fundus Cinematography

　網膜循環動態を詳細に観察するために眼底カメラはいろいろと改良され，1秒間に2〜3駒の写真が得られるようになつている。しかしこれらの眼底カメラの改造には限界があり，ことに網膜循環時間の測定などのような研究には，従来の眼底カメラでは十分とはいえない。1958年Flockら^1）により，ネコの網膜循環動態の研究に初めて螢光眼底映画が導入され，人間に応用されたのは1960年（Suvanto^2））である。

　われわれもFl-Na静注によつて循環動態を研究する目的で，螢光眼底映画撮影装置を開発したので，報告する。

1) A new apparatus for fluorescein fundus cinematography was devised by the authors. It could take pictures at a speed of 8 to 48 frames per second in the human eye.

2) The cinematographic procedure provided a precise measure of both arm-to-retinal circu-lation time and retinal artery-to-vein circulation time.

3) It was found that a variation of time necessary for fluorescein injection through the cubital vein had little influence on both the circulation times.

4) A stereoscopic fluorescein fundus cine-matograph could be taken without difficulty by a simple adaptor system.
