緒言

　螢光眼底造影法は今日日常診療に欠かせない検査法となつているが，現在一般に行なわれているのは，一駒ずつ撮影する螢光眼底写真である。時間とともにすみやかにかつ連続的に変化する眼底の循環動態を検討するためには，駒撮り写真より螢光眼底映画の方がすぐれていることは確かであるが，いまだ一般に普及していない。一方，眼底螢光像の濃度測定は試みられてはいるが，臨床的に日常使用されるまでには至つていない。

　今回私たちは螢光眼底映画を撮影し，自家現像を行ない，映画による螢光像の濃度測定を試みた。そして，それぞれの過程の中で日常診療に応用する上での問題点や隘路について検討してみた。

Fluorescein fundus cinematography of the normal human eyes was taken for 50-60 seconds after intra-venous injection of 5ml of 10% fluo-rescein-Na at a speed of 24 frames per second with 16mm Kodak Tri-X Pan cine film. The apparatus had been devised by Y. Fujisawa et al. and the interference filter was attached for excitation instead of gelatin filter.

Intensity of fluorescence at any point of the fundus in the cine film was continuously mea-sured by means of scanning with phototransis-tor and recorded with trigger oscilloscope. This method is available for the study of blood cir-culation in the fundus.
