I．緒言

　ベーツェット氏症候群に関する報告は現在まで多数あり，その併発症と思われるものも多数報告されている。なかでも最近，循環器系，殊に大血管の併発症が報告され，浦山氏はこれに対して，Angio-Behçet氏症候群なる名称を提唱しているが^26），これら大血管の併発症は生命に対して重篤なものといわねばならない。われわれは上大静脈症候群を伴つたベーツェット氏症候群を経験したので報告する。

A male patient of 33 years of age, in whom manifold clinical signs of Behcet's syndrome as recurrent aphthous stomatitis, erythematous nodules of the skin and iritis have been present for about 7 years, developed facial edema and cyanosis since 4 years before. Angiographic studies demonstrated the complete obliteration of bilateral brachiocephalic veins at their junction to the superior vena cava and led to the diag-nosis of vena cava syndrome.

Because of the frequent association of vaso-obliterative diseases and the syndrome of Be-hcet, the reported case is interpreted as belong-ing to the so-called angio-Behcet syndrome.
