I.緒言
Twelve cases are described in which uroli-thiasis occurred during treatment of carbonic anhydrase inhibitors with Acetazolamide or Dichlorphenamide.
In seven cases the attack set in within one month after initiation of continued administ-ration of 500 to 750 mg of Acetazolamide or of 100 to 150 mg of Dichlorphenamide daily.
One patient suffered from the second attack following the carbonic anhydrase inhibitor treatment three months after subsidence of the first attack of less severity, at which a smallcalculus had been excreted with the urine.
