眼天疱瘡の1例

A Case of Ocular Pemphigus.

I．まえがき

　天瘡は慢性に経過する皮膚水疱症であり，その皮膚変化が，Epidermolysisによつて起る大型水疱形成をなすものである。急性天疱瘡，慢性尋常性天疱瘡，落葉性天疱瘡，増殖性天疱瘡等があるが，眼科方面では判然たる病名がなく，眼天疱瘡Pemphigus ocularisの名で一括されている。眼天疱瘡は急性天疱瘡にみられる事が多いが，本症の一例を長期にわたつて観察し，一眼は緑膿菌感染を起して摘出したので，その経過及び病理組織学的所見を報告する。

The authors describe a case of ocular pen-phigus in a 25-year-old female preceded by vesicles of the skin over the whole body ob-served for the past 5 years.

The right eye of the patient had to be enu-cleated due to infection by pseudomonas aeruginosa organisms and was subjected to histological studies. The remaining left eye could be saved with energetic treatment with systemically and topically applied corticoste-roids and antibiotics.

A brief review of the literature about ocular pemphigus is presented followed by pertinent discussions.
