Neo-Ledercort点眼薬（Triamcinolone acetonideとNeomycin sulfateの合併水溶性点眼薬）の使用経験

Clinical observations on the effect of Neo-Ledercort Eye-drops.

I．まえがき

　日常の眼科診療上，抗生物質の点眼薬と副腎皮質ホルモン剤の点眼薬を併用する機会はかなり多く，また副腎皮質ホルモン剤の使用により角膜等の感染症をきたしやすいこと，さらに抗生物質の有効スペクトルの範囲内の細菌に基因する感染症において，副腎皮質ホルモン剤の併用により，著しい併用効果が現われるとの報告もみられること，等を併せ考えると，抗生物質と副腎皮質ホルモン剤点眼薬は使用に便利な点眼薬であり，使用の機会も多いものと考えられる。

　今回，われわれはLederle社よりTriamcin—olone acetonideとNeomycin sulfateとを含有する水溶性点眼薬の提供をうけ，2・3の眼疾患に使用する機会を得たので，その効果の臨床調査の結果を報告する。この点眼薬はTriamcino—lone acetonideを0.1％，Neomycin sulfateを0.5％（Neomycinとして0.35％）の割合に含有し，さらに防腐剤としてPhenylmercuricacetateを0.02％添加したものである。

Clinical studies were made on the effect of Neo-Ledercort Eye-drops upon various kinds of eye diseases listed as indication. Neo - Ledercort is a water - soluble eye drop containing 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide and 0.5% neomycin sulfate. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The drug proved effe-ctive in the majority of cases with epidemic kerato-conjunctivitis during the acute stage because the corneal complication was effec-tively prevented for the most part. 2. It was also effective for the treatment of marginal phlyctenulosis, episcleritis and stubborn ble-pharitis.
