Triamcinolone acetonide局所注射による霰粒腫の治療経験

Evaluasion of intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide in chalazia

（1）50名53個の霰粒腫に対して，Triamcinolone acetonide （以下T-A）局所注射を行い，著効31例，有効9例と，転帰不明例を除くと，43個中40個（93％）と，諸家の報告と同様，高い有効率を得た。

（2）特記すべき副作用もみられず，観血的治療の困難な幼小児，キシロカィンショックの危惧される症例，手術拒否の患者，涙小管損傷，瞼板動脈弓損傷が危惧される部位の症例等に対し，従来の外科療法に比べ，外来診療において，簡単に，手軽にできる，魅力的な方法であり，霰粒腫に，まず試みてもよいと考える。

Fifty patients with 53 chalazia were treated by topical injection of triamcinolone acetonide. A vol-ume of 0.1 to 0.3 ml of triamcinolone suspension was injected transconjunctivally into each lesion. Usually, rapid resolution resulted one to two weeks after a single injection. The therapeutic outcome was satis factory in more 90% of the cases : the effect was judged as good in 31 and as favorable in 9 out of 43 cases who were available for follow-up study.

Intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide was effective without noticeable complications.
