Triamcinolone acetonide局部注射により寛解した春季カタルの2例—臨床病理学的検索

Vernal conjunctivitis treated with subconjunctival injection of triamcinolone acetonidc: A clinicopathological study

　Triamcinolone acetonide局部注射により寛解をみた難治惟春季カタル2症例を報告した。2症例は経過が数年にわたり種々の治療に抵抗した難治例でありたが，Tri—amcinolone acctonide 0.2ml （2mg）の上眼瞼結膜下注射1〜2回で，結膜・角膜所見は軽快・消失した。また組織学的にも注射前は炎症性細胞の浸潤が顕著であったが．注射後には浸潤細胞は消退し，膠原線維の増生およびその硝子化がおこっていた。

We treated 2 cases of severe vernal conjunctivitis with triamcinolone acetonide by local injection of the aqueous suspension. 0.2 ml of the suspension containing 2 mg of triamcinolone acetonide wasinjected into the upper palpebral conjunctiva. Re-solution of the clinical manifestations was observed after the second injection with interval of 2 weeks.

The first case was 9-year-old boy with atopic dermatitis and complaints of bilateral visual dis-turbance, photophobia, itching, and hyperemia of the conjunctiva.
