真菌症治療剤によるAureobasidium-Keratomycosisの1治験例

A case of Aureobasidium-Keratomycosis treated with antifungal agents

I．緒言

　角膜真菌症は1879年にLeberによつて初めて記載され，我が国では30年後の1909年に槇が最初に報告した。以来我が国では，その症例が散発的に記載されて来たが，近年急激に報告例が増加して，初報以来現在までに46報（76例）が数えられる。

　一方，報告例の増加と共に，その治療方法も多様に試行，提唱されて来たが，いまだ決定的な方策がない。最近私共の経験した角膜真菌症の1例で，その菌種をAureobasidium pullulansと同定，これに抗真菌剤Amphotericin B及びNystatinを使用して著効を認めたので報告する。

The author was successful in isolating Au-reobasidium pullulans from a case of kerato-mycosis which was resistant to various thera-pies. Remarkable results were obtained in this case with the use of anti-mycotic preparations, Amphotericin B and Nystatin.

The case is introduced together with a su-mmary on the number of keratomycosis cases by year and species in Japan, diagnosis, infe-ction, course and treatment as well as relation of cortico-steroids and antibiotics to mycosis.
