水晶体の螢光の色について

Coloration of the fluorescence of the crystalline lens

I．緒言

　水晶体が螢光を発する事はShanz及びStockhausen^1）以来知られて居り，螢光の強度に就いては多数の報告があるが，螢光の色調に就いての研究は少ない。

　水晶体の螢光に就いては，私共は^2）水晶体の鉄片異物の症例に消光現象を見出し，又，眼球のグルタチオン，殊に^3），水晶体のグルタチオンと銅イオン複合体の螢光に就いては，既に報告した。春田氏^4）も螢光の消光現象に就いて詳細の発表をなした。水晶体の螢光が如何なる性分から成り立つて居るか，又その消長は興味ある所である。

The relation between coloration of the fluor-escence of the crystalline lens and each age by using black light was examined. (Fig 1. 2.)

1) Coloration of the fluorescence of the cr-ystalline lens changes its color in proportion to the wavelength of ultraviolet.

2) Coloration of the fluorescence of the cr-ystalline lens shows green-yellow ( 5 GY= 87.5 %,10GY=12.5% when younger than 1 year old, 5 GY=65%, 10GY =30%, 5G=5% from 1 year to 10 years of age in subjects youn-ger than 10 years old, and green (10GY=20 %, 5 G=35% 10G =35% 5 BG= 5 % 10BG =5%) from 10 to 20 years of age.
