角膜輪部に原発した結膜及び角膜のボーエン氏病—上皮内上皮腫

Bowen's disease (Intraepithelial Epithelioma) of the cornea and conjunctiva:Report of a case.

I．緒言

　ボーエン氏病は1912年アメリカの皮膚科医ボーエンによつて始めて記載された疾患である^9）。

　眼科領域において，結膜及び角膜のボーエン氏病については，1942年McGavic^16）が始めて本病の5例を報告し，本病は輪部に初発し，結膜側よりも角膜側の方へ強く拡る，上眼球腫瘍の一型で角膜表面上に新生血管を伴う扁平膠様隆起を生ずるものである。以来外国では多数の報告がみられるが，本邦においては昭和32年三上氏^18）の1例の報告があるにすぎない。

A case of Bowen's disease associated with uterus carcinoma in a 36 year old woman was reported.

The initial symptoms consisted of a slightlyelevated vascularized lesion on the conjuncti-va adjacent to limbus located at 10 o'clock in the right eye, suggestive of corneal pannus or pterugium in the upper half of cornea. The condition developed later into slightly eleva-ted, gelatinous, follicular looking lesion with numerous glomerated, newly formed vessels. Histologically this case was confirmed as the Bowen's disease.
