I．緒言

　網膜膠腫は主として10歳以下の小児期に発生しUnter10〜12JahrenをGliomalterとさえ言われている。従つて成人の網膜膠腫は極めて稀有とされている。

　Wintersteinerの統計によれば，429例中の最高年齢は16歳であるが，然し，成人に発生した網膜膠腫の報告も無いでは無く，Verhoeffは48歳のRetinoblastoma例を報告し，最近ではMehraet．Hamidは45歳のRetinoblastoma例を報告している。

A 43 year-old woman suffered from Reti-noblastoma. She had noticed the gradual dimi-nution of the vision and central scotoma and the micropsia in the left eye since 4 years.

The left eyeball was enucleated and was examined histopathologically.

The Retinoblastoma localized only on the left Papilla Nervi opticii and its surroundings.

On the same place, i.e. on the Papilla Nervi Opticii of the right Eye, There is the Menbr-ana epipapillaris, which is Considered as a kind of Gliosis.

As we had not examined this patient before this tumor took place.
