先天的網膜血管蔓巻症に現われたチフスワクチンに因る網膜出血

Haemorrhagia retinae in Tortuositas vasorum retinae congenita caused by antityphoide vaccination

I．緒言

　Tortuositas Vasorum Retinaeは，先天的のものと，後天的（病的）のものとに分けられているが，本症の中，先天的のものに属するものと思われる一例に，突然，網膜硝子体出血を起して来た，この場合，網膜硝子体出血を惹起する10日前に腸チフス予防接種が施行されている。このTor—tuositas Vasorumが後天的のものであるか否か，この網膜硝子体出血がTortuositas Vaso—rumと全く無関係のものか，或いはTortuositasVasorumが全く先天的のものであるか，これが或る誘因を受けた場合に出血し易くなつていたものか甚だ興味が有り，過去13年観察し得たので報告する。

Many literatures teach us that vaccin antityphoide injures bloodvessel system and causes bleeding. In our case, the antityphoide vaccination played the leading part of Haemorrha-gia retinae and the tortuositas vasorum retinae played the supporting part as Locus mino-ris resistentiae.
