Insulin療法中により惡化する網膜出血

Two cases of haemorahagia retinae aggravated by insulintreatment

I．緒言

　糖尿病の際に網膜出血の来る事は衆知の事であるが糖尿病の治療の目的でInsulinが用いられた場合に，殊に低血糖症状郡を惹起した場合に，網膜出血が増悪したり，或は，新に網膜出血が惹起されると云う事は余り知られていない。私共が丁度，斯る例症に遭遇して解決に苦んだ時，Guillot氏が来朝して，斯る事実を発表された，其の後，更に其の1例を経験したので報告する次第である。

The author reported two cases of haemorrhagia retinae aggravated by insulin-treatment : one rised hypoglykaemie in the time of the treatment for diabetes mellitus and resulted in the increase of haemorrhagia retinae, the other led to the newly haemorrhagia retinae.
