チフスワクチンに因る網膜出血，眼筋麻痺及び硬脳膜下出血

Oaemorrhagia retinae and ophthalmoplegia and subdural hematoma caused by anti typhoid vaccination.

I．緒言

　チフスワクチンに因る眼障害に就いては，已に幾多の報告があるが，茲に報告するような網膜出血，眼筋麻痺に硬脳膜下出血を伴つた報告は寡聞にして未だ之を聞かないので，私共は，頭痛，眼筋麻痺の原因を知ろうとして，脳脊髄液を調査したが，脳脊髄液の性状にしては，髄液圧が異常に高いので，更に脳動脈撮影を行つたが，其の結果，それが硬脳膜下出血に由来するものであろうと考えられた。開頭手術の結果は矢張り，硬脳膜下出血に由来する血腫である事らが明かと成つた。甚だ興味のある症例であるので，其の一般を報告して，諸先達の御批判を仰ぎ度い。

A man aged 53 complained of the left haemicranie and vertigo and Diplopia about 5 hours after antityphoid innoculation. The authors proved the presence of the bleeding from the v. nasalis superior of the left eye and the paresis of the M. rectus nasalis of the left eye and Hypertonie of liquor cerebrospinalis.

The cranial angiogram suggested the presence of space occupying lesion, probably He-matoma, in the left frontoparietal region. By craniotomy, we found the subdural haematoma in the frontoparietal region.
