腸チフスワクチン予防接種後に現われた特発性葡萄膜炎（原田型）と考えられる治験症例

Idiopatic uveitis (Harada's form) induced by the injection of typhoid vaccine, and improved by various kinds of treatments

　腸チフスワクチン接種後に出現する眼疾患に就ては，眼瞼ヘルペス，角膜ヘルペス，虹彩毛様体炎，全動眼神経麻痺，調節麻痺，その他の報告が見られ萄葡膜炎の例は倉知氏の1例あるのみであるが吾々は最近本ワクチン接種後2回目に突発した高度の葡萄膜炎の症例を経験し種々治療の結果認むべき効果を見たのでここに報告し御批判を受けたいと思う。

The case presented here was 24 yr. old female. She show the sympton of idiopatic uveitis (Harada's form) after the vaccination of typhoid. Color change of hair to whitish, alopecia and abnormal finding of spinal fluid were noted. She was completely cured after 4 months by the administration of Potasium jodati and Sulfamix, the injection of Minophagen C, the intraar-terial injection of hypertonic glucose and aspiration of subretinal fluid etc. Vision Were impro-qed from RV and LV=m.m. in front of eyes to RV=0.1 and LV=0.8
