ドルゾラミド，ブリンゾラミド，塩酸ブナゾシンの3剤目としての効果

Effect of dorzolamide,brinzolamide,or bunazosin hydrochloride as the third concomitant medication for glaucoma

目的：ラタノプロストとβ遮断薬を点眼中の緑内障に対し，第3剤としての塩酸ドルゾラミド，ブリンゾラミド，塩酸ブナゾシンのいずれかの眼圧下降効果をレトロスペクティブに検討。方法：ラタノプロストとβ遮断薬を点眼中の原発開放隅角緑内障または正常眼圧緑内障39例39眼で塩酸ドルゾラミド，ブリンゾラミド，塩酸ブナゾシンのいずれかを追加点眼した症例を対象とした。投与前と投与6か月後までの眼圧を比較した。結果：塩酸ドルゾラミドと塩酸ブナゾシン群では，追加投与前と6か月後で眼圧に差がなかった。ブリンゾラミド群では，追加投与1か月後と3か月後で有意に下降した。眼圧下降幅は，追加投与2～6か月後まで3群間に差がなかった。追加投与6か月後の眼圧下降率は，ドルゾラミドとブリンゾラミド群がブナゾシン群よりも有意に高値であった。結論：ラタノプロストとβ遮断薬を点眼中の緑内障では，第3剤としての塩酸ドルゾラミドとブリンゾラミドが塩酸ブナゾシンよりも眼圧下降効果が大きい可能性がある。

Purpose：To evaluate the additive effect of dorzolamide,brinzolamide,or bunazosin hydrochloride in patients treated with beta-blocker and latanoprost. Method：This retrospective study was made on 39 eyes of 39 patients of primary open-angle glaucoma or normal-tension glaucoma. They were receiving beta-blocker and latanoprost. Dorzolamide,brinzolamide,or bunazosin were received as the third medication. Intraocular pressure（IOP）was measured up to 6months after addition. Results：Dorzoamide and bunazosin induced no significant changes in IOP for 6months. Brinzolamide induced decreased IOP 1 and 3months after addition. Differences in IOP reduction after 2 to 6months were the same among the 3groups. Rate of IOP reduction 6months after addition was greater in dorzolamide and brinzolamide groups than in bunazosin group. Conclusion：There is a possibility that dorzolamide and brinzolamide induces more IOP reduction than bunazosin when used as the third concomitant medication.
