徳島大学眼科における内因性ぶどう膜炎の統計的観察

Review of endogenous uveitis at Tokushima University Hospital

目的：2003年までの3年間に受診した内因性ぶどう膜炎の種類と頻度を解析し，1991年までの9年間の状況と比較する。症例：最近3年間の148例，以前9年間の584例の内因性ぶどう膜炎初診患者を対象とした。結果：新来患者総数に占めるぶどう膜炎患者の比率は，最近3年間では1.95％，以前の9年間では1.78％であり，有意差はなかった。男女比は，最近3年間では1：1.4，以前の9年間では1：1.1で，有意差はなかった。病型分類はそれぞれ148例中64例（43.2％）と584例中306例（52.5％）で可能であった。64例の内訳は，サルコイドーシス14％，原田病12％，ベーチェット病6％であり，306例の内訳は，ベーチェット病19％，原田病12％，サルコイドーシス10％であった。結論：以前に比べ，最近ではべーチェット病が減少傾向にあり，サルコイドーシスが増加している。

Purpose：To review new cases of endogenous uveitis during 3 years through 2003 and during 9 years through 1991. Cases：This study involved 148 cases seen during recent 3 years and 584 cases seen during former 9 years. Results：Incidence of uveitis among the total number of patients was 1.95％ during recent 3 years and 1.78％ during earlier 9 years. The difference was not significant. Male-to-female ratio was 1：1.4 during recent 3 years and 1：1.1 during former 9 years. The difference was not significant. Uveitis could be classified in 64 out of 148 cases（43.2％）during recent 3 years and in 306 out of 584 cases（52.5％）during former 9 years. Out of 64 cases,sarcoidosis was the most frequent at 14％,followed by Harada disease 12％ and Behçet disease 6％. Out of 306 cases,Behçet disease was the most frequent at 19％,followed by Harada disease 12％ and sarcoidosis 10％. Conclusion：When compared with 9 years through 1991,Behçet disease is decreasing and sarcoidosis is increasing in recent 3 years.
