1) Coronary angiograms in 20 patients with Takayasu disease were analyzed.

6 of 20 patients showed severe stenosis of coronary arteries (include 4 patients with LMT-lesion). Coronary arterial dilatation and aneurysm were noted in 9 patient.

Anastomosis to bronchial arteries were noted in 9 patients.

2) Coronary surgical treatment was corned out in 5 patients with success.
