atropineの刺激伝導系におよぼす影響

Electrophysiologic Effects of Atropine

　房室伝導に関する詳細な解析を可能にしたHis束心電図（HBE）は，薬物の作用部位を知る方法としても利用されている^1）〜4）。1969年Damatoら^1）はHBEを記録し，AHがatropineにより短縮することをみた。しかしその後atropineを用いた多数例の検討は少ない^4）。そこでわれわれはHBE記録および心房刺激を行ない^4）atropineの刺激伝導系におよぼす影響について検討したので若干の考察を加え報告する。

His bundle electrogram was recorded in 21 patients. Seven of these patients were sick sinus syndrome (SSS). PR intervals were normal in 13 and prolonged in 8 patients. Age ranged from 16 to 78 years and there were 14 males and 7 females. The conduction intervals (in msec) were as follows (mean) : PA 34.5, AH (AHc) 127.9, HV 37.4 in control study, PA 33.8, AH (AHa) 95.5, HV 37.4 after intravenous administration of 1 mg of atropine sulfate. AH intervals were shortened by atropine in all patients.
